3.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services where conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or impractical.
4.1 Bookings may be made via the Company’s website, telephone, or other authorised communication methods.
4.2 All appointment times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation charges.
5.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include tyre fitting unless otherwise stated.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation or call-out fee where:
7.1 Tyre brands, models, and sizes are subject to availability.
7.2 Where a selected tyre is unavailable, the Company may offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund at its discretion.
8.1 Puncture repair services are subject to a £65 call-out charge. Where a puncture is deemed repairable in accordance with British Standard BS AU 159, the puncture repair itself is provided at no additional cost beyond the call-out charge.
8.2 Not all punctures are legally or safely repairable. If, following inspection, the tyre cannot be repaired due to the nature, position, or extent of the damage, the £65 call-out charge shall remain payable.
8.3 Where the Company is unable to carry out the repair due to circumstances including but not limited to:

8.4 In the event that a puncture cannot be repaired or the Service cannot be completed for any reason, the Company will make reasonable efforts to identify and offer a suitable alternative solution where possible. However, no refund of the call-out charge shall be provided.
9.1 The Customer warrants that they have the authority to approve work on the vehicle.
9.2 All vehicle information provided must be accurate and complete.
9.3 The Company shall not be responsible for damage, delays, or failure to complete Services arising from:
10.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
10.2 The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from the provision of Services shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11.1 Tyres supplied by the Company are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.
11.2 The Company accepts no liability for tyre damage occurring after fitting, including damage caused by road conditions, kerbing, incorrect tyre pressure, misuse, or neglect.
Any complaints must be submitted as soon as reasonably possible with full details. The Company will endeavour to investigate and resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

13.2 The Company reserves the right to amend website content, pricing, and Services at any time without prior notice.
13.3 Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
